The requirement can satisfy with remunerations. Remuneration is that the person considers for himself valuable. Managers use external remunerations (monetary payments, advance on services and the internal rewards (feeling of success at achievement of the purpose) earned by means of the work.
During the planning and the organization of work the head defines that this organization, when as well as who, in his opinion, has to make it specifically has to execute. If the choice of these decisions is made effectively, the head has an opportunity to embody the decisions in affairs, putting into practice the basic principles of motivation.
The requirement of success also is somewhere in the middle between need for respect and need for self-expression. This requirement is satisfied not with declaration of success of this person that only confirms his status, and process of bringing work to a successful completion.
In the design and matrix organization there is an imposing of specially created, temporary target structures on constant structure of the organization. The imposing of powers happening thus sometimes leads to race for power, conformism at development of group decisions and to excessive expenses.
Requirements is the conscious absence something causing motivation to action. Primary requirements are put genetically, and secondary are developed during knowledge and finding of life experience.
The managers acting on the international scene, also as well as their colleagues acting in any country have to provide opportunities for satisfaction of needs of employees. As in various countries relative importance of requirements is defined differently, heads of the organizations operating at the international level have to know these distinctions and take them into consideration.
Substantial theories of motivation are based on the requirements and the related factors defining behavior of people. Procedural theories consider motivation in other plan. In them how the person distributes efforts for achievement of various purposes and as chooses a concrete type of behavior is analyzed. Procedural theories do not challenge existence of requirements, but consider that the behavior of people is defined not only them. According to procedural theories the behavior of the personality is also function of his perception and the expectations connected with this situation, and possible consequences chosen as it like behavior.

Advantages of the centralized structure consist in economically effective use of the personnel, high extent of coordination and control of specialized kinds of activity and in reduction of probability of that divisions will start growing to the detriment of the organization in general.
The requirement of the power is expressed as desire to influence other people. Within hierarchical structure of Maslou the requirement of the power gets between needs for respect and self-expression somewhere. Management very often attracts people with requirement of the power as it gives many opportunities to show and realize it.
Substantial theories of motivation first of all try to define the requirements inducing people to action, especially when scoping and contents of work. At a laying of bases of modern concepts of motivation works of three people had the greatest value: Abraham Maslou, Frederik Gertsberg and David Makklelland.
Though, apparently, the theory of human wants of Maslou gave to heads very useful description of process of motivation, the subsequent pilot studies confirmed it far not completely.
According to Maslou's theory five main types of requirements (physiological, safety, social, success, self-expression) form hierarchical structure which as dominants defines behavior of the person. Requirements of the highest levels do not motivate the person, requirements of the lower level are not satisfied, at least, partially yet. However this hierarchical structure is not absolutely rigid and strict.
